It's easy to find a counselor for your free face-to-face sessions. Simply log on to your member website and select Services > Find a counselor. Then: 

• Tell us what type of counselor you're looking for. You'll have the option to refine your search and select details like location, gender, what you'd like to talk about and more.
  

• Find a counselor that works for you. Review your results to find a counselor you'd like to see.
  

• Call the counselor to schedule an appointment. Once you’ve found a counselor that works for you, give them a call to set up an appointment.
  

• Add your appointment and submit your request. Once you have your appointment, come back to the search tool to enter your appointment date and time. When you submit your request, you'll get an email confirmation and will be ready to see your counselor on your first appointment.
