Resources for Living Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is pleased to provide you with a variety of promotional materials to communicate your EAP to your employees. Not only do we offer you different media, but we also feature diversity in content and language.
This website is designed to give you the opportunity to view the materials. You will need Adobe Reader in order to access many of the files. You can also view the Manager Resources section by clicking on the "Manager Resources" tab at the top.
After you have reviewed the available materials, please feel free to consult with your account representative prior to placing an order. Alternatively, you can just complete the EAP order form and e-mail it to EAPAcctSupp@aetna.com. Resources for Living provides these materials to you free of charge.
Communication Tools:
Notify your employees about your new EAP by sending this e-mail communication (Word). Or notify your managers about your new EAP by sending this e-mail communication (Word). You can edit or modify either communication to suit your needs.
Mail the EAP Welcome Letter (Word) to employees' homes or use it as a payroll stuffer. There is also a helpful Manager's EAP Welcome Letter (Word) template you can share with managers. Edit and use the letter as you see fit.
